What to Expect from Start to Finish

  • We start with a friendly consultation to discuss your vision and design ideas. This meeting can take place in our showroom or in the comfort of your own home, ensuring we fully understand your style and functional needs.

  • We offer a FREE measure and quote at your home. For new builds, we’re happy to work from a floor plan with window and door specifications to provide an estimate.

  • You’ll receive a comprehensive quote along with a personalized report featuring fabric samples and images to help you visualize your choices.

  • Once you’re ready to proceed, a 50% deposit secures your order. Depending on your selections, lead times can vary, with most projects completing within 6 weeks.

  • When your furnishings arrive, our installer will coordinate with you to schedule installation at a convenient time. For self-installations, we’ll provide any needed guidance.

  • After installation, we’ll finalize the project and send an invoice for the balance. To ensure your satisfaction, we’ll follow up with a review of the project and your experience.
